Malabou specializes in the supply of high pressure aluminium die castings. We have 11 die casting machines range from 180 to 660 tonnes locking force and produce casting ranging from about 100 grammes to approx.10kg.
We focus on aluminium alloys which include;

We use certified ingots and OES capability (Optical emission spectrometer) to analyse the chemical composition of every melt in production.
A complete in-house tool room ensures that production dies are designed, built and maintained for optimum performance and long life.
