Over more than a decade, we've built the Malabou Ecosystem—a network of carefully selected manufacturing partners, independent laboratories accredited to ISO/IEC 17025, established logistics providers, professional partners and business service providers.

Where It Began

The Malabou Group was founded to provide organisations with a better way to source engineered products.

Rather than introducing clients directly to overseas manufacturers, we developed a managed manufacturing model where Malabou remains responsible for supplier selection, quality planning, commercial management and delivery.

Our clients place their trust in Malabou.

We manage the manufacturing programme through independently audited manufacturing partners, supported by structured quality planning, independent verification and commercial accountability.

Expanding Our Technical Capability

Independent inspection and technical verification have always been fundamental to the way we work.

As our clients' testing programmes expanded, many asked us to coordinate testing beyond the products we supplied.

This led to the development of our Managed Testing Programmes.

Working with independent laboratories accredited to ISO/IEC 17025, we coordinate material, product and process development testing on behalf of our clients.

Our managed approach simplifies testing, shortens development timeframes and provides confidence through objective technical verification.

Today, our Testing & Verification services support clients independently of our Manufacturing Solutions business.

Extending Our Experience

Operating in India since 2014 has provided us with practical experience that extends well beyond manufacturing.

As organisations increasingly looked to India for manufacturing, sourcing and market growth, they approached Malabou because they wanted practical guidance from a business that had successfully established and grown its own operations there.

The experience, relationships and capability we had developed naturally evolved into Malabou Advisory.
